ABRASIVE MATERIAL

Abasco is a major importer of abrasive materials for the wholesale and retail Australian market, supplying the abrasives market place for more than 25 years. Our abrasive materials are used in a wide range of applications including blasting, anti-slip flooring, lapping, coatings, cement hardening, steel making and fluidising beds.

 

Our Abasco brand is imported into Australia under International Standard ISO8486(1996) from a leading manufacturer of abrasives in China holding a quality certificate GB/T 2481-1 (1998).

 

The following abrasive materials are imported in one tonne lots and are available in any quantity from 25kg bags to full container loads. Abasco specialises in container loads of abrasives up to 22 metric tonnes.

• Fused White Aluminium Oxide

• Black Silicon Carbide

• Calcined Bauxite

• Calcined Alumina

• Green Silicon Carbide

 

Abasco also sells Zircon Sand 100# and Zircon Flour 200#, which is an Australian product. This material is NOT available for export.

 

We carry stocks in a variety of abrasive grit sizes in our in Melbourne store. Our abrasives products can be supplied to any Australian state, or overseas if required. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Analysis Certificates are available for all our abrasive products.

All our materials are safe under current Workcare legislation.
